me5Who am I?  My name is Tikoshia (pronounced Takasha)…but you can just call me Tiko.  I believe that Peace comes automatically with Faith in God…Joy is everlasting when we are truly grateful…Love simply is when we know who we are.

This is an inspirational blog, inspiring others to return to peace, experience joy, and feel love. I love to share my experiences and inspiration with others. I consider myself both a teacher and a student and welcome all comments and feedback.

I am a young professional currently abiding in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Aside from my career, I am a singer, an aspiring Spiritual Life Coach, and I am very passionate about environmental sustainability.  I have a new found love of yoga (Ashtanga to be exact).  I enjoy learning, exploring, and sharing (I’m a true book worm and computer geek!).
